Privacy policy

Last updated: 2 July 2026

VDEV Studio (“we”, “us”) builds websites, dashboards and automations. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use this site or get in touch.

What we collect

When you contact us — by form, email, phone or WhatsApp — we receive the details you choose to share: typically your name, contact details and a description of your project. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Session storage is used only to remember small interface preferences (for example, that you dismissed the help greeting) and never leaves your browser.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, scope and deliver work you ask us for, and keep basic business records. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

Where it lives

Enquiries arrive in our email and business tools, hosted by established providers. We keep correspondence only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@vdev.studio and we'll sort it within 30 days. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk) if you think we've got something wrong.

Changes

If we add analytics or other tools that change what's collected, this policy will be updated first and the date above will change.
